April Paresi is a dynamic senior executive with 25 plus years of diverse business experience in the IT, IT Service Management Consulting, and IT Outsourcing industries. As SVP, Client Services, she leads the company’s customer success initiatives. April is a recognized IT transformational leader known for balancing industry technology trends with practical implementation considerations. Her broad executive experience spans multiple industries and aspects of IT Service Delivery from the development, implementation of IT Solutions to aligning delivery to meet client’s unique business IT needs. She holds a Masters of Electrical Engineering degree from Manhattan College, a BS in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, and a BA in Physics from SUNY Oneonta. April obtained a master’s certification as an early US adopter of ITIL.
