Optanix holds live events at various conference venues. Optanix and its professional service providers may record or livestream video, photos, and audio to record events, post such media to its social channels or website, display feeds on monitors at the conference venues, and create future marketing materials. Also, the conference venues are public spaces. Accordingly, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, and other businesses may record or stream their own video, take pictures, or record audio of activities at these conferences.
By attending an Optanix conference or event, you acknowledge and agree that Optanix may use any recorded media for purposes of display during the conference, marketing and promotional purposes, and any other lawful purposes in the ordinary course of Optanix's business. Optanix is not responsible or liable in any way for the activities of attendees involving recording or streaming video, pictures, or audio at conference venues.
Optanix may disclose personal information when required by a subpoena, court order, search warrant, other legal process, requests by law enforcement agencies, or applicable law. Moreover, we may disclose personal information to the extent necessary to maintain the security of our systems, apps and Sites, to resolve disputes, or to investigate possible misconduct.
Optanix may partner with other companies to jointly promote products or services during live webinars. If you specifically express interest in a partner-sponsored webinar, we may share contact information collected during the registration process with our joint promotion partner(s). Optanix limits the duration of the business partners' use of the information we collect. Their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. Optanix does not deliver third-party online advertisements on our websites, but we advertise our products and services on others' websites.
