Jim Firenze spearheads the delivery of Optanix’s managed services and management platform. He is responsible for ensuring that the Optanix support organization is strategically aligned with our service offerings and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Prior to Optanix, Jim was Vice President of Managed Services at ShoreGroup, where he was integral in growing that company’s customer base and business by building and managing a proactive, world-class support organization. Before joining ShoreGroup, Jim held key management positions at IBM, Telergy and TMS, and in total, he has over 25 years of leadership experience in IT technical support delivery and customer service. Additionally, Jim is Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified and a Certified HIPAA Privacy Security Expert (CHPSE).
